OneSource Brokerage is looking for a New Business Specialist to work in its office located in the Bluff Park area of Hoover, AL. Administrative experience in either the insurance or financial services industry may be helpful, but is not required.
Duties of this position include:
- Support our financial advisors in creating solutions for their clients
- Assist Case Managers with application intake and processing
- Setup new advisors in our database system
- Ensure advisor compliance with insurance company contracting procedures
- Manage ongoing contracting and licensing issues for our advisors
- General office duties
The ideal candidate for this position should be:
- Detail oriented
- Able to work independently
- Organized
- Able to multi-task
Needed skills include:
- Proficiency with MS Office products
- Comfortable communicating via telephone
